Penny Chenery and her horse Secretariat are the best story in horse racing in at least the last 50 years and maybe ever. This past week, Penny Chenery passed away. Click  here for a tribute from Jay Hovdey of the Daily Racing Form. And click here for a replay of the 1973 Belmont Stakes which was the premier moment in this best story.
